You can train your mind to look at your past health failures as major building blocks to healing your body and rebuilding your health.
What do your past failed health attempts mean?
Whatever unpleasant things happened in your past are actually there to help you bring about what you most want in your life.
They are there to show you, very clearly, what you don’t want.
And what happens when you know exactly what you don’t want? Well, you get clear on what you DO want.
All of those diets you have tried in the past that never worked or only worked for a little while and left you feeling disappointed and discouraged and annoyed and depressed are golden experiences!
They showed you deep inside how exactly you want your health to be like and feel like.
This dissatisfaction that you have right now with your health is the driving force that will help you get as healthy as you could ever be.
If you never had to lose weight, if you never had fatigue, aches and pains, and other unhealthy symptoms bugging you everyday, you would go through life in just an average state of health.
An average state of health is not at all the same as the best and most optimized state that would lead you to a happier and much longer life.
